ObEsItY


Hy viewers. I am going to share with you about obesity. As you all know, obesity is a condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to such an extent that health may be negatively affected. It is due to wrong diet menu such as french fries, burgers, fried chicken, other food contain too high fat and also light drinks which contain too much carbohydrate. It is also can be result from eating too much food without giving enough time for our stomach to digest the food we have taken in. In Brunei food is everywhere, on our left and right there are restaurants and waiting to be choose by customers. I believe there are many people with obesity out there. I OFTEN eat at restaurants. Most of the time I eat my mothers's cook. I ONLY drink fizzy drinks when I feel I want to drink it. If my parents bring me to the shops I USUALLY buy potato chips, LARGE bag, Candies, chocolates EhEhEhE! However it doesn't really affect my daily menu because I rarely want to follow my parents hanging around at shops :D I ONLY eat cookies or donuts if my parents or my brothers buy it for my siblings and me. I OfTeN take breakfast EhEhE I know it is not good for me. I always wake up late. AhAhA I'm trying to change this habit. Wish me luck! Anyway, the resataurant I would like to visit is McDonalds. Believe me I haven't eat anything from that fast food resataurant.AhAhaa~~ I would like my size of serving to medium size. Not too small and too big. Anyhow so far I only buy small size serving :) :) :) So, on my view we can keep our menu balance if we know how to control. Take Big size serving rarely, about once a week or to make it better once a month. Our surrounding also affect our menu. If parents give good example, so we are on our healthy diet. However if parents are lazy to cook for us and always take us outside to eat, we are in DaNgEr and have big chance to suffer from obesity. BeWaRe~
